The De-Risk our Dealerships priority period is focussed on collating a
number of known business risks we are managing each day and
structing a programme that allows us to take the time out to visit these
in a simple, concise and engaging way. There are dealership prizes for
completing the programme (100%), obtaining the most points and the
most improved (a discretionary vote from myself and the corporate risk
stakeholders) based on improvement, engagement, and outcomes over
